Earlier this week, Falk-Cambridge and Falk-Rossler high school students participated in Western New York Construction Career Day at the International Union of Operating Engineers Local Training Facility in Lakeview, NY. Students explored potential career paths in local trades through hands-on learning experiences and interactive demonstrations.
Thank you to our Falk-Rossler student and families for showing up tonight at Open House! We are so grateful for your support and for being a part of our school community!
October is #NationalPrincipalsMonth and we’re celebrating four incredible leaders who have dedicated more than 20 years each to Falk School: Ms. Collins, Mrs. Fodero, Ms. Pezzimenti and Ms. Timm.
Before becoming principals, each of them walked the halls as a teacher or school counselor, building relationships with students, supporting families and learning what it means to be part of our community. Their journey from the classroom to leadership reflects their deep understanding of our students, staff and the work we do every day. For more than two decades, they have grown alongside us by taking on new challenges, embracing change and helping shape the school community we are today.
Thank you to our four principals for your leadership, dedication and commitment to Falk School and, most importantly, to our students and families. We are grateful for all you do to help our school community continue to grow and thrive! 💙💛

Our next featured student for our #40YearsofImpact initiative is Alexander! Alexander’s story is a reminder that impact can be seen in many different ways. It can be found in academic growth, stronger relationships and newfound confidence, but it can also be found in something as simple as making someone’s day a little brighter.

December, an eighth grade student at Falk-Rossler, asked if she could participate in #orangeshirtday. What began as her way of showing support for her heritage quickly became a school-wide effort. Today, Falk School is proud to come together in orange to stand for something we believe deeply in: #everychildmatters 🧡
Save the dates for Falk School's Open House events! Open House is a great opportunity to connect with our wonderful staff, ask questions, tour the school, visit the classroom and learn about the upcoming school year. We are looking forward to welcoming our Falk families and friends next month!
Our first featured student for our #40YearsofImpact initiative is Alijah! Alijah’s story is a powerful example of impact that can happen over time. What began as a quiet student struggling to find his place has become a young person with confidence, purpose and a desire to help others. As Falk School celebrates 40 years, stories like Alijah’s remind us that a school’s impact can extend beyond the classroom and help shape the direction of a student’s future.

Forty years ago, our school was founded on a simple but powerful belief: every child deserves the resources and support they need to receive an education. For four decades, that belief has shaped generations of students, empowered families and built a strong, impactful community.
Today, we are excited to introduce our new visual identity that honors our legacy as we look confidently toward the future. Our new logo is more than a fresh look; it’s a reflection of who we are - a place where students are accepted for who they are, heard with compassion, valued for their unique strengths and encouraged to reach new heights.
As we celebrate 40 Years of Falk School, we will be celebrating the people, stories, milestones and moments that have shaped Falk School into the community it is today. Here's to honoring our past, embracing our future and continuing to help every student soar.
Welcome to the next chapter. Welcome to #40YearsofFalk. 💙💛
